The Human Resources department is dedicated to supporting the mission and goals of the Portage County Educational Service Center by providing superior customer services in a caring, trustworthy, and timely manner. We recognize that the employees of PCESC are our most valuable asset and will be treated as such. We will ensure that all policies, rules, and practices treat employees fairly, with respect and equality. We will continuously function as a high performance team through developing human resources competencies, skills and knowledge.
