Substitute Teacher Procedures
If you have an Active Teaching License
1. Have an updated Substitute Teacher Information Sheet on file in the office.
2. BCI and FBI background checks. Can be done at the ESC office for $60.
3. Provide teaching license to be stamped.
If you do NOT have a Teaching License
1. Fill out Substitute Teaching License Application
2. Check for $25 to the Treasurer, State of Ohio
3. College Transcripts
4. BCI and FBI background checks. Can be done in the ESC office for $60.
If you are applying to Substitute for the ESC then these additional items are necessary.
1. PCESC Certified Application: Click Here For Certificated Application 
2. Driver's License
3. Social Security Card
